Dealers are being charged back for non-compliance on items that are avoidable. Having a large client base, we see dealers getting audited weekly. We have the insight of what they are looking for and can help you identify and correct these issues. We have a proven process that if followed, can help reduce chargebacks significantly.

AWN can do more than just manage your warranty claims booking, submissions, and collections, we also offer comprehensive mock audits. We have developed a proprietary auditing tool that we use to audit selection of the claims the way the manufacturer would and provide you a detailed report that would include:

• The potential loss due to non compliance
• Types of compliance issues found
• Staff responsible for the compliance issues
• Marked up repair orders showing you exactly what was wrong with the RO
• A suggestion action plan for correction

• Purpose: Baseline audit review to see where your store stands with warranty compliance

Select    Cost: $1800 (Non-AWN client)    $1600 (Current AWN client)

• 30 Repair Order audit + consultation and review of audit with Dealer personnel
• One Tech warranty compliance training class
• One Service Advisor warranty compliance training class
• Audit support for 90 days
• Purpose: Larger benchmark audit that includes warranty compliance training and audit support

Premier  Cost $2500 (Non- AWN client)       $2000 (Current AWN client)

• 50 Repair Order audit + consultation and review of audit with Dealer personnel
• Tech warranty compliance training (all Techs, up to 3 separate meetings)
• Service Advisor warranty compliance training (all Advisors, up to 3 separate meetings)
• Warranty Liaison/Warranty Clerk warranty compliance training (1 meeting)
• Audit support for 90 days
• Follow up audit after 90 days to monitor progress
• Purpose: Mock manufacturers audit that includes warranty compliance training for all personnel, audit support and follow up audit to monitor progress of education and training

Quarterly Audits    Cost $1500 (Non-AWN client)     $1300 (Current AWN client)

• 20 Repair Order audits quarterly + consultation and review of audit with Dealer personnel
• Similar to Basic product performed quarterly
• Quarterly reviews may suggest additional training and education of warranty compliance needs
• Purpose: Monitoring your warranty compliance continually throughout the year, evaluating personnels needs
