We have been providing professional manufacturers’ warranty claim administration services to dealerships for over 30 years. We have an employee base of more than 300 highly qualified warranty administrators, team leaders, auditors, trainers, and support staff and currently process more than $100,000,000 in warranty per month. Our warranty administrators have years of experience, maintain certification requirements, and stay up to date with manufacturers policies.
