AWN can process your Volvo warranty claims in an efficient and timely manner, in fact our standard is 24 hours. We have administrators who are trained and keep up on the quarterly Volvo Cars Performance Academy requirements.
AWN uses VRC2 to run the Vehicle Inquiry for warranty coverage and to identify any open recalls or service actions. We can check warranty claim history to check for any duplicate repairs. We book the claims using VIDA for accurate labor times and up to date labor operations. VIDA also has the technical journals (TJ's) for accurate repair procedures, which includes the labor operations, labor time and customer symptom codes (CSC). We also send any goodwill claims or general operation code authorization claims through the VRC2 goodwill/warranty auth request system for authorization codes to submit the claims as needed. AWN utilizes TIE to review any technical cases for special instructions and also for any warranty claims requiring extra help from Volvo.
We are constantly reviewing all Warranty claims processing information (CPI) and Service Manager Bulletins for any and all updates to warranty policy procedures. We also keep in constant contact with service managers for any issues or concerns we may observe.
