Automotive Warranty Network has been working with Jeep warranty for a long time. We utilize Dealerconnect to properly book all repair orders by verifying warranty and labor operation coverage utilizing the VIP (vehicle information plus) system. Checking all TSB's, RRT's, Recalls, and special warranty coverage extensions in the Techconnect feature. We will also make sure that all "00" actual time, 8541 Diagnostic time, and wiring repairs are properly documented, signed by management, and supported by the proper time punching documentation. We will also verify that all add-on, Goodwill, and parts warranty claims are signed and have the needed supporting documents attached to the repair order as stated in the policy manual.
In addition to booking and submitting repair orders, we also have the understanding of the policy and procedures outlined in the Dealer Policy and Warranty Administration manuals (WAM) located on Dealerconnect. If a situation arises that we are not sure of we have the resources in WIC (Warranty Information Center) here we can search answers to questions, see warranty tips provided by claim processors, we have the ability to ask a question, live chat with a processor, or call the Warranty hotline to get the correct answer to our question. We have access to the monthly POPPS Report (Performance Overview and Potential Problem Summary) where we can pull claims from the previous month to audit to help in identifying trends, and to make sure the claims that are paid will stay paid.
AWN stays up on all of the available training to provide the most accurate warranty administration possible utilizing the Performance Institute Learning Center resources and attending any instructor lead classes when available.
