Utilizing the download features on your DMS we make sure claims are submitted and paid through webDCS the day they are closed. It is an AWN rule that all claims are submitted within 24 hours and rejected claims addressed within 48 hours.
All available training is taken through Hyundai’s service learning. We want to make sure that we stay current on all new curriculums and that we share any new tidbits along the way.
