So we dig into GlobalConnect. We verify the vehicle information on the “consultant dashboard” prior to booking claims to make sure the vehicle is within the warranty guidelines.  This also allows us to help you make sure that you have captured open recalls while looking at the inquiry.  We can then look in SI to check symptom codes or special messages and choose the correct labor operation and add times based on the vehicle build.  We also make sure all “misc” charges that are available on recalls are being utilized and collected.

When OLH time is requested we verify all comments are adequate and time punching falls logically to support the time requested and that management is approving the time. We know that when assessors look at claims they need great comments to support all parts replaced.  Our goal is to help technicians tell the story so that any claim that goes “pending” can quickly be approved for payment.
